We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
In-Store Purchases
- Returns or Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Receipt Required: Please bring your original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Unused & Unopened Products – Full refund issued to the original payment method.
- Unused & Opened Products – Full refund issued to the original payment method.
- Used Products – In-store credit to customer account at discretion of management.
- Unused & Unopened Clearance Products – Full in-store credit to customer account.
- Unused & Opened Clearance Products – Full in-store credit to customer account.
- Used Clearance Products – In-store credit to customer account at discretion of management.
- Damaged Products – No refund or in-store credit.
*Exceptions for all of these policies may apply only through a manager.*
- Exclusions: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Special Orders, Custom Orders, Gift Cards, Honey Products, Eggs, Local Consignment Products, Personal Care Products, Cement Bird Baths
Online Purchases
- Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Initiate Return: Please contact us at Online@ForTheWildBirds.com to receive a return authorization and instructions.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method once items are received and inspected.
- Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item(s) are defective or incorrect item(s).
- Return shipping is customers responsibility unless the item(s) are defective or incorrect item(s). If the item(s) are defective or incorrect item(s) were sent, For The Wild Birds will cover return shipping by providing a return label.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
Refunds
Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Online@ForTheWildBirds.com.
