Shipping policy

Local Pickup: Orders placed online for local pickup may be picked up at the Omaha based store 24 hours after order is placed excluding weekends. For The Wild Birds / 8310 Spring Plaza, Omaha NE 68124.

Local Delivery: Orders placed online or over the phone for local delivery will be delivered from the Omaha based store within 48 hours after order is placed excluding weekends. We have a 20-mile radius from our store as our delivery zone.  For The Wild Birds / 8310 Spring Plaza, Omaha NE 68124.

Online Orders: All orders placed online will be shipped within 48 hours excluding weekends.  Orders are shipped out of Omaha, Nebraska.  Shipments usually 2-4 days once the product is shipped. 

The products we sell are often heavy which in turn means increased shipping cost.  Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support of our small business!

International Orders: We only ship in the continental United States.  No international shipments.
